- Meeting and greeting prospective and current residents
- Showing apartments
- New Construction lease ups
- Taking residential applications
- Following up with work orders
- Delivering notices
- Performing move-ins
- Daily grounds inspection
- Collecting rents
- Monthly market analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
